Administer New Hire Orientation Safety Training.

• Investigate and maintain records for all work related injuries and/or illnesses, provide statistical analysis, and assist department management in the development of effective health and safety counter-measures to continuously improve safety objectives.
• Oversee/Administer the Worker’s Compensation Program and implement an effective plan for minimizing and reducing worker injuries and associated costs in relationship to measurable data from State of Alabama resources.
• Ensure legislative compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA, Fire Codes, and serve as a liaison with area OSHA representatives.
• Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and establish measurable standards from which further recommendations (continuous improvement) can be made, with effective follow-up. Coordinate emergency evacuation procedures, training, and practice drills.
• Direct management team relating to EH&S issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

• This position is for a full service supplier of exterior vehicle appearance systems for the world’s automotive industry. The company is a Tier 1 automotive sequencing facility. This company offers a competitive salary and extensive benefits package. The facility is in McCalla, AL is located just west of Birmingham, AL.

   Starting Salary Range: $44,000 to $50,000 annually

  Experienced Fork-Lift Operators

  • Must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience operating a fork-lift. 

  Toll Booth Attendants

  • Must work weekends and Holidays, customer service & cashier experience is a plus. High school Diploma or GED required. Starting pay: $7 per hour.

  Industrial Cleaners

  • Full time and part time positions available. Must work 12 hour shifts on weekends. Must be able to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time. Industrial cleaning/maintenance is a plus but not required. Starting pay $7-$8/hour.

  Pressure Washers/Grate Blasters

  • Full time and part time positions available. Must work 12 hour shifts on weekends. Must be able to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time. Industrial cleaning/maintenance is a plus but not required. Starting pay $7-$8/hour.

  Order Pullers/Date Entry

  • 1st and 2nd shifts available. Must have warehouse, data entry, customer service experience. Starting pay rate is $9-$10/hour.

  Meat Processing Facility

  • 1st and 2nd shifts available.
  • Starting pay rate is $8-$8.25/hour.
  • Working in a cold environment!
  • Line Worker -Must be able to stand for long periods of time, work in fast/production environment.
  • Shipping Department - Lifting at least 40 lbs
