Process

We work closely with our clients to develop a complete prospect criteria and then apply that criteria as we begin the candidate search. Once candidates are identified, they are thoroughly reviewed, interviewed, tested, and screened to ensure that they fully meet all the established criteria. Once a candidate has completed the screening process, a package is prepared for the client and the final customer interviews are arranged. If the candidate proves to be the right match for the customer, OmniSource will work with the client to complete the necessary negotiations to seal the relationship.
