Ability to deal with stressful conditions and adapt to rapidly changing situations. Flexibility to share work load with other associates in the department Willingness to work overtime when required (after hours or weekends) Desire for self improvement and a willingness to grow professionally through cross training or acceptance of additional work responsibilities Must be certified to operate forklift Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management Follows up to complete any assigned work. Checks for quantity and inspects for damage of materials and reports any problems to the higher immediately Maintains high ethical standards in the work place. Reports all irregular issues and problems to supervisor for solution. Maintains good communication with supervisors, staff members and outside contacts. Complies with all company policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area Manual lathe & milling machine operator with at least 1 year experience.

- Fork lift experience a plus.
